Line Producer
As your line producer, I will help you create a realistic schedule and budget for your film.
Once you’re ready to go into production I will manage human resources, such as hiring and contracting crew. I will help you establish a special purpose vehicle company, organise insurance, stay compliant with all the relevant legislation. Once the money starts flowing, I’ll keep track of the cash flow so you and your investors know how much you’re spending, and on what.
Production Coordinator
As your production coordinator, I will be the point of contact for your crew. By running a virtual production office I will keep a birds-eye view of the production, making sure that all departments and crew know what’s happening next and are ready for the shoot. I will manage logistics, such as arranging travel, accommodation, catering, visas and rentals.

Remote Production Management System
I have created a bespoke production management system which enables real-time collaboration between filmmakers. From collating data on cast, crew, locations, background talent, vendors and rentals, to planning shot lists, scouting locations, cataloguing invoices and managing travel requests, my production management system is a virtual production office.
Vast Network
I have an extensive network of filmmakers and am able to get your film connected with several different skills and disciplines.
Production Paperwork
I have a catalogue of over 100 bespoke production forms which I have created over the years, which can be used or adapted for your film so that your projects are safe and efficient.
Template Agreements
I have a catalogue of template agreements, from artist’s form of engagements, to location agreements and crew contracts, helping you to build your chain of title.
Policies and Procedures
Through my experience of learning to run a company I have written policies and procedures which you can adopt to help keep your film compliant and ethical.
